Earth and Environment

Department of Earth & Environment Office Assistant:  Student needed for general office and clerical work, as well as tasks specific to the Earth & Environment department.  Duties may include, but are not limited to:  assisting the department coordinator with daily tasks (mail, errands, copying, Light Lunch prep, etc.); general help throughout the department as needed by faculty and staff (rock cutting, sample prep, etc.); general lab assistance (clean up, organizing, labeling, etc).  Must have experience working with computer programs such as MS Word and Excel, Powerpoint, and PhotoShop (make posters, announcements, etc.).  Familiarity with the Department of Earth & Environment is preferred.  The ability to drive department vans for occasional local field trips (or eligibility to be large van certified by F&M) is a plus!  Up to 10 hours per week are available between 9:00 am – 4:00 pm, Monday – Friday, and must remain consistent throughout the semester.  Pay is standard at $7.25/hour.  Contact Ms. Diane Kadyk at .  (1) Fall, Spring
