Environmental Health Safety

EH&S Compliance Assistant:  Student(s) needed for regulatory compliance  document development or revisions as related to Environmental Health and Safety functions..   This job's primary focus is on assisting the campus EH&S Director and Fire Safety Coordinators in tasks related to environmental health and safety regulatory compliance needs.  Professional customer service skills and confidentiality are required for this work.   Students will be working with the EHS database system and will be required to perform field work relating to campus equipment and systems.  Other duties, clerical and physical, may be required.  Comfort level with Microsoft Word and Excel is a must.  Students who have an interest in environmental health and safety efforts or prior experience will be preferred. EH&S Website Assistant:  Student(s) needed for routine website revisions and development of new webpages associated with Environmental Health and Safety functions.   This job's primary focus is on assisting the campus EH&S Director and Fire Safety Coordinators to modify and/or develop webpages.  Professional customer service skills and confidentiality are required for this work.   Students will be working with the EHS database system. Other duties, clerical and physical, may be required.  Comfort level with the campus Content Management System (CMS), Microsoft Word and Excel is a must.  Students who have an interest in environmental health and safety efforts or prior experience will be preferred.
