Part-Time/Full-Time Summer Office Assistant:  Student(s) needed for clerical and office work for 5 - 10 hours per week and possibly up to 40 hours per week.  A perfect supplemental job for a student living on campus over the Summer who may have another job and/or is taking courses or a local student.  The job's primary focus is on confidentiality and facilitation of office efficiency during the busiest time of the year.  Student will also be in a position to interact directly with the College community and the public, so professionalism and understanding of customer service is expected.  Students will run errands to the College Post Office, file documents and paperwork, and be assigned special project work as needed.  Other duties, clerical and physical, may be required.  A desire for organization and comfort level with Microsoft Word and Excel is a must.  Students who have prior telephone experience will be preferred. Academic Year Office Assistant:  Student(s) needed for clerical and office work for 5 - 10 hours per week.  This job's primary focus is on professional customer service and confidentiality.  Student will be in a position to interact directly with the College community and the public.  Students will run errands to the College Post Office and file documents and paperwork.  Other duties, clerical and physical, may be required.  Comfort level with Microsoft Word and Excel is a must.  Students who have prior telephone experience will be preferred. Returning student employees with advanced experience may be working with the financial aid database system and answering the telephone in addition to greeting visitors (current students, prospective students, parents) to the office.
