HHMI Program Assistant: Student needed to assist the HHMI Program Coordinator in developing, coordinating, and promoting Science Leadership Academy events 5-10 hours a week. Student will be in a position to interact directly with the College community and the public, so professionalism in manner and dress is expected. General duties include developing and managing the website, Facebook, and Twitter; planning and promoting Science Leadership Academy events on campus and in the greater academic community; data entry in Qualtrics and Excel; distribution of promotional materials for event; some clerical work such as copying and filing. Knowledge of CMS and social media platforms a must. Pay is standard at $7.25 hour and average 5 hours a week. Hours are flexible as agreed upon, can include school breaks and occasional evenings, but should include some time on Mondays and Tuesdays to overlap with the Program Coordinator. Please contact .
