OMCA Office Assistant:  Student(s) needed for clerical and office work.  This job's primary focus is on professional customer service and confidentiality.  Students will be working with the diversity issues, international matters, work with Gray Scholars and will answer phone calls and greet visitors (current students, prospective students, parents) to the office.  Students will also run errands to the College Post Office.  Other duties, clerical and physical, may be required.  Comfort level with Microsoft Word and Excel is a must.  Students who have prior telephone experience and knowledge of Excel will be preferred. OMCA INTERN: OMCA Intern is an undergraduate paraprofessional in our Office.   Students will be working with the diverse population, planning and implementing multicultural programming and will answer phone calls and greet visitors (current students, prospective students, parents) to the office.  Students will be facilitating Intercultural Dialogue, planning a project of the year, work with the Gray Scholars, and additional duties are assigned example Open House. Students must be able to be flexible and work independently without supervision. OMCA TUTOR: This job's primary focus is being the OMCA Math & Science Tutor.  Students will be working with the diverse population and will answer phone calls and greet visitors (current students, prospective students, parents) to the office.  Students will focus on being an evening Math & Science Tutor. The individual must have completed and received a B or Higher in College Organic Chemistry.  Students who have prior tutoring experience or experience working with diverse population will be preferred.  Students must be able to work independently and handle scheduling their own appointments.
