Box Office Customer Agent: The Department of Theatre, Dance & Film is hiring 6-8 outgoing, courteous and self-motivated students as Customer Agents in their Box Office. Individuals must have a desire to interface in a positive manner with the public as an ambassador of the College. An interest and passion for the arts is a plus. Duties include working with performing arts customers, selling and distributing tickets, and utilizing polite phone etiquette. Individual must also be detail oriented, organized, and extremely trustworthy. The Roschel box office is open between noon and 6pm, Monday through Friday. On performance nights, students must also be available to work for approximately 1.5 hours. (In addition to being paid, the employee receives two free tickets each time he/she works on a performance night.) Students may work up to 10 hours a week and are paid $7.25 per hour. Senior Box Office Customer Agent: The Department of Theatre, Dance & Film is hiring an outgoing, courteous and self-motivated individual as the Senior Customer Agent in their Box Office. Experience within the Roschel Box Office is a prerequisite.  Individual must have a desire to interface in a positive manner with the public as an ambassador of the College, and with his/her peers. Individual must also be detail oriented, organized, and extremely trustworthy. In addition to performing the regular duties of a Box Office Agent, the student will act as a liaison between the staff and the Production and PR Manager.  Student will be involved in scheduling, payroll, and general communication with the other Agents.  Student will also perform other duties as assigned, and will be the next line of supervision for the staff in the event of the Manager’s absence.  The Roschel box office is open between noon and 6pm, Monday through Friday. On performance nights, student must also be available to work for approximately 1.5 hours.
