The Office of Financial Aid is able to provide statistical data on student campus employees as far back as the 2003-04 academic year. This data includes the student's name, student ID number, the campus department in which the student worked, the number of hours the student worked per week, the rate of pay, and the dates of employment.
The Office of Financial Aid does not possess qualitative information on student employee performance. If a background check request requires qualitative information on the student, please be sure to indicate the name of the student's past campus supervisor and/or the department in which the student worked. The Office of Financial Aid will forward a quantitative data report on that student to the person or department that has been indicated in order for that person to respond to the request.
We can also provide information over the phone or email. We will need proper identification of the student and the requesting agency as well as written and signed permission from the student. Simply mail, fax, or email the signed statement of request on agency letterhead to the Office of Financial Aid, and we will return your call or email.
