Dear F&M Sorority Women,

We have had quite an outstanding Recruitment experience in 2014. Each chapter welcomed incredibly unique women to join their sisterhoods. Believe it or not, it is time again to look forward and begin planning for Membership Exploration 2015. Panhellenic Council is now looking to recruit our best and brightest to the task of serving as Recruitment Counselors.

This pivotal role, which is instrumental in recruiting potential new members to our process and to your chapters, is one that Panhellenic takes very seriously. We are asking for eight outstanding applications from each chapter, regardless of size. We are looking for women who are well spoken, work well with others, have leadership positions on our campus, and who want to positively influence Greek Life at F&M. And remember, as a Recruitment Counselor you must be able to remove any bias you may have towards your own organization as well as any others. You, as a Recruitment Counselor, are there for the Potential New Members as a confidant and as an unbiased listener and advice giver.

You must be willing to attend a number of training sessions as well as complete an online training program. You must also hold numerous meetings with your group of Potential New Members in order to explain sorority life and Membership Exploration Week to them. This is a fairly large time commitment that you must be willing to make, but it will be worth it!

It will be your job as a Recruitment Counselor to be effective in raising the overall quantity and quality of women who commit to formal membership exploration process, therefore benefiting all chapters and the entire Panhellenic community. In order to most effectively boost membership selection-wide, we hope that you will apply to be a Recruitment Counselor. We want to challenge you in new and exciting ways to think outside of the box and try something new. I know that many of you would do remarkable things as Recruitment Counselors! Please consider downloading and filling out the application in the right hand column.
