The following types of funding and educational program opportunities are available:

The Committee on Grants (COG) awards research grants to support student research projects whose needs exceed the resources of departmental budgets.

The Marshall Fellows program is designed to recognize demonstrated academic excellence, to create a cohort of intellectually engaged students, to encourage intellectual adventure, and to provide support to Fellows for academic enrichment.

The Office of the Dean of the College provides travel funds for students to present their work at conferences.

The Office of International Programs has information on funding opportunities for off-campus study programs, independent projects, and internships.

The Ware Institute for Civic Engagement provides funds for public service programs such as, summer internship programs (PSSI), community-based learning/service learning programs and the Manheim Summer Mentoring Program.
