Franklin & Marshall College Franklin & Marshall College

Alumni Greek Council

Congratulations on your decision to attend Franklin & Marshall College! F&M is an academic institution with a rich history of providing its students a well-rounded liberal-arts education. This education starts on campus with access to professors and administrative support that will allow you to benefit from the unique core curriculum and diverse academic majors the college offers its students. As a new member to the F&M family you will quickly realize the choices you make throughout your years in college has the potential to impact not only your experience on campus but also the connections you make during your lifetime once you graduate. These networks can be formed by joining a number of organizations on campus, in my case it was my decision to join a Greek organization which has helped me build a number of life-long friendships and connections which I continue to treasure.

Greek Life at F&M expands beyond your experience on campus as approximately 1/3 of all F&M alumni are Greek. Greek organizations at F&M are involved in a number of social and philanthropic/community service activities as well as having members who are in leadership roles in a number of various sports, clubs and other activities on campus. I encourage you to explore the opportunity to join a fraternity or a sorority and it could be the beginning of a lifetime bond you share which starts at Franklin & Marshall with friends, with classmates, and with alumni and continues to an even larger network that expands throughout the world.

If you have questions, please do not hesitate to contact me through the Office of Greek Life. Best of luck with your collegiate experience at F&M and GO GREEK!!

Sincerely,
Ricardo G. Rivers '93 (Phi Kappa Psi)
