Juniors & Seniors

You have many options...

Students select housing options in phases, beginning with the population of the new college house, then juniors and seniors can choose to live in selected areas of their college houses, residential lease renewals in College Row, College Hill, and JSP, followed by Theme House applications then the general lottery for rising Juniors and Seniors. Students, if renewing a lease or choosing College Row, College Hill, or JSP, must fill their chosen apartment or unit with eligible students and will commit to a 12 month lease term.  Residence hall and theme house options are a nine month academic school year term.  There are special lease term considerations for those students who choose to study abroad.  The housing office can provide more information, when needed.
