The Human Resources staff is dedicated to serving faculty, professional staff, and retirees of the College, as well as those interested in employment with Franklin & Marshall, and to developing policies and programs that support the mission of the College and the needs of our colleagues.
Human Resources Mission:
- To develop, foster, and implement strategies, processes, and programs in support of the College mission and strategic plans.
