Human Resources Mission:
To develop, foster, and implement strategies, processes, and programs that support the College's strategic plans and priorities.

Primary Areas of Responsibility:
Strategic planning: assuring Human Resources priorities are aligned with College objectives
Talent acquisition: planning, professional staff recruitment, hiring, onboarding, and retention
Total compensation planning and budgeting; rewards and recognition; salary administration
Benefits plan design and administration
Development of Human Resources-related policies aligned with College objectives
Compliance and audit pertaining to Human Resources functions
Talent management: professional development, performance management
