Information Technology Services (ITS) has a regularly scheduled maintenance window each Wednesday evening from 6:15 – 8:15 pm. This time was picked primarily for two reasons. First, it is a relatively calm time for our administrative systems; second, engineering support is still available to us from our vendors, as most are on Pacific coast time. ITS will use these scheduled downtimes to make system changes (software, hardware, configuration, etc.) to ensure that they are optimized for best performance. Typically, these outages will affect isolated locations or individual services. We appreciate your understanding as we use these downtimes to maximize the performance of the College’s information systems. Equipment and system failures that need to be corrected outside of the maintenance will be minimized and communicated to the College Community.
