Institutional Printer Purchases

Our goal is to ensure uniformity of office printers on campus, to limit the number of vendor's products and to achieve timely support. ITS purchases and supports HP printers for general office use.
We currently purchase an extended warranty on all college owned printers and desktop computers, whether purchased by departmental funds or ITS funds. The cost of the extended warranty is included in the purchase of the printer.
ITS will make recommendations, purchase the printer and ensure the proper service contracts are in place.
ITS will prepare the printer for installation and configure the printer for the F&M network.
ITS will deliver the printer to your office and also make sure each person using the new printer has the correct printer drivers and can connect to the printer properly.
