The ITS Call Center is located on the ground floor of the Harris Center.

Hours: Monday through Friday, 8:30 am – 4:30 pm

Help the ITS Call Center!

If you need to telephone the ITS Call Center, it will expedite your call if you have the following information readily available:

  • Your NetID.

  • The model of computer you use (e.g., iMac, MacBook Pro, Dell Inspiron, etc.)

  • The processor of the computer (e.g., Intel Core Duo, Intel Core i5)**

  • What operating system you are running (OS X 10.7, Windows 7, etc.)**

  • The application you are using (Word, Excel, Apple Mail, Gmail).

  • Any displayed error messages.


** Mac users: Click on the Apple menu and select "About this Mac."

** Windows users: Right-click on "My Computer," and from the contextual menu, select "Properties."
