Technology Enhanced Classrooms (TEC) managed by Media Services include classrooms in Appel, Goethean, Hackman, LSPB, Shadek-Fackenthal, John Joseph International House, Writer's House, Keiper, Kaufman, Stager and the House System. TEC-rooms are available in a variety of configurations including Computer-TECs, Video-TECs, iMedia-TECs, Hybrid-TECs, Slide-TECs and Special Use. While Technology Enhanced Classrooms are managed operationally by Media Services, requests for teaching in a TEC should be made with the Office of the Registrar.

Technology Enhanced Spaces managed by Media Services are available in a variety of configurations. While Tech Spaces are managed operationally by Media Services, requests for reserving a Technology Enhanced Space must be made through the College Reservationist.

If a Technology Enhanced Classroom (TEC) is not available for your course, Media Services will provide A-V equipment to certain classroom buildings on campus for classroom presentations, individual scholarly endeavors, and recognized extracurricular activities. Faculty must complete the Media Equipment Request Form, available from Media Services, at least 24 hours in advance of the requested class session. Faculty requests can also be made by telephone, campus mail, or e-mail.
