Joseph started his professional higher education experience at the New York College of Osteopathic Medicine as the Coordinator of Student Activities, where he worked with Dean Barbara Ross-Lee, D.O. He then spent a short time in law school, but felt his passion was helping college age students find their own passions. Joseph interned with Stony Brook Univeristy and New York University's Tisch School of the Arts, ultimately finding his calling in Career Services at Hofstra Univeristy. Now, as the Director of Employer Partnerships in the Office of Student & Post-Graduate Development at Franklin & Marshall, he works with employers to ensure students have the connections they need to succeed.
Joseph sits as a member of the Board for the Sigma Alpha Mu International Fraternity and is active in fraternal development and programming for various Greek Organizations.
