To reserve space in the Joseph International Center, please fill in and submit the form below. You will receive a confirmation if your request can be accommodated. If there are any questions about your request, you will receive an email asking for clarification.
Priority for reservations at the Joseph International Center is given to groups and events that directly support the mission of the Center. We ask that events not directly related to international and intercultural themes be scheduled no earlier than two weeks in advance.
If you have never used our space before, you will also be invited for a tour and orientation prior to your event. Should any changes to the normal technology configuration be necessary, you will also need to arrange for support from the Information Technology Services staff.
If you plan to use the building outside of our regular hours of operation (8:30 a.m. to 8:30 p.m. Monday-Thursday, 8:30 a.m to 4:30 p.m. Friday), the designated contact person for the event will be responsible for picking up the International Center fob from the Office of Public Safety, leaving his or her Franklin & Marshall ID in exchange for the key. Remember to close windows, turn off lights, and lock the building when your event is over.
