By hiring recent college graduates, the NCAC Advisers will identify, assist, and empower students to make the transition from high school to a post-secondary institution. Advisers work full time and focus on low-income, first generation students, mentoring these students through the increasingly complex and costly steps in post-secondary education. Advisers also work closely with guidance counselors and school administrators to provide the necessary resources and support to raise post-secondary matriculation rates.
The Keystone Region of NCAC is a consortium of Dickinson College, Franklin & Marshall College, Gettysburg College and Millersville University.
