Laura focuses on benefit plan design; provides guidance on Human Resources policies and practices; and offers consultation on employee-relations issues, compliance-related issues, and employment-related claims
Laura offers over 20 years of human resources expertise and has been an employee of Franklin & Marshall College since 2007. Laura began her employment as the Assistant Director, performed as the HR/Payroll Team Lead for the Banner implementation, and was promoted to Director in 2013.
Laura is an active contributor to the Fringe Benefits Advisory Committee, Public Safety Advisory Committee, Workplace Safety Committee, Wellness Committee, and has participated in trips with the Catastrophic Relief Alliance.
Prior to coming to Franklin & Marshall College, Laura performed in a Senior Human Resources Generalist position for RR Donnelley. She earned a Bachelor of Science from the University of Scranton in Marketing/Management and her Professional Human Resources (PHR) certificate.
