"Law as a Language of Activism: Regulating Global Philanthropy in India" is the final of five lectures this semester in our Perspectives on Humanitarianism Lecture Series that will take place 7 p.m., Wednesday, April 9, in Lisa Bonchek Adams Auditorium in Kaufman Hall.
 
The speaker, Erica Bornstein, is associate professor of anthropology at University of Wisconsin, Milwaukee, and the author of "Disquieting Gifts: Humanitarianism in New Delhi" and "The Spirit of Development: Protestant NGOs, Morality and Economics in Zimbabwe," both of which are published by Stanford University Press.
