Representatives from Frontier Communications visited F&M on Tuesday to meet leaders from the National College Advising Corps-Keystone Region (NCAC-KR) and Philadelphia Alumni Writers House, programs the company supports through the Educational Improvement Tax Credit (EITC) Program.
