Library To Participate in National Gaming Day
In conjunction with hundreds of libraries across the country, Franklin & Marshall’s Shadek-Fackenthal Library will participate in “National Gaming Day @ Your Library” on Saturday, Nov. 12. The event will run from noon to 6 p.m. in the library’s Periodicals Room.
All members of the F&M community are welcome to attend the free event, which is an initiative of the American Library Association. The day will include dozens of card games and board games, from Apples to Apples to Zombies!!!, in addition to an informal Scrabble tournament. Attendees may also participate in “National Smash 4,” an online Super Smash Brothers: Brawl tournament in which various libraries compete.
