Paul Dillon is a Sr. Assistant Dean of Admission at Franklin & Marshall College. Paul has 10 years of professional experience in the field of admission . From 2005 to 2009, he served as an Graduate Admissions Officer for the Heller School for Social Policy & Management at Brandeis University. In this role, he led recruitment efforts for the Master of Arts in Sustainable International Development and the Ph.D. in Social Policy. While at Brandeis, he recruited top scholars from over 50 different countries.
Following completion of his Master’s in Higher Education from the Harvard Graduate School of Education in 2010, Paul transitioned to the field of undergraduate admission. Since August 2010, he has represented Franklin & Marshall as the regional representative accross the country. He currently covers Manhattan (NY), Massashusetts, Maine, New Hampshire, Rhode Island, and Vermont. Paul is also the Transfer Application Coordinator for the College.
In addition to his Master’s degree, he also holds a Bachelors degree in Political Science from Brandeis University. Paul is passionate about the value of a liberal education in today’s fast-paced, global society.
