Facilities
The physics and astronomy department maintains state-of-the-art research and teaching facilities, as well as comfortably furnished spaces for our students and majors. Most of these are in the Hackman Physical Sciences Building.
Our facilities include:
- National Undergraduate Research Observatory (NURO)

- Grundy Observatory (and Public Observing)
- North Museum Planetarium
- Telescope Deck and Imaging Lab
