RAD is a program of realistic, self-defense tactics and techniques that combines classroom instruction on awareness, prevention, risk reduction and avoidance with the basic of hands-on defense training.
Public Safety wants to give women the knowledge to make an educated decision about resistance if they are attacked, and also to teach them how to put up an effective defense.
If you have any questions pertaining to the training, please contact Officer Curtis Galbreath at 717-291-3863.
If you can not register online you may stop by the Public Safety office to fill out a form or call 717-291-3863 and speak to Sharon Gromis.
