The Department of Public Safety and The Women's Center will sponsor Rape Aggression Defense (RAD) classes for women students, faculty and professional staff on the following dates:

RAD is a program of realistic, self-defense tactics and techniques that combines classroom instruction on awareness, prevention, risk reduction and avoidance with the basic of hands-on defense training.
Public Safety wants to give women the knowledge to make an educated decision about resistance if they are attacked, and also to teach them how to put up an effective defense.
