All requests for reserved parking must be made by using our online request form at least eight- (8) hours in advance to allow sufficient time for processing; no exceptions.
Please be conservative in your requests and ensure that the number of spaces required is as accurate as possible.
When requesting a significant number of parking spaces, it will be the responsibility of the requester to notify faculty and professional staff in neighboring buildings, via email, at least one day prior to the date of reservation. This notification may help your colleagues make alternate parking plans in advance of the event.
We will make every effort to assist you with your parking requests. If for some reason we are not able to accommodate your request, we will contact you.
