Credit Transfers
Special policies and procedures apply for courses taken as part of a semester (or year-long) study abroad program. Students should consult with the Office of International Programs for policies and procedures in this area.

Advanced Placement
Franklin & Marshall College participates in the Advanced Placement Program of the
College Entrance Examination Board. Incoming students should have the College Board send their official scores to the
F&M Registrar’s Office. Detailed information on how AP credit is awarded at F&M can be found in our Catalog.

International Baccalaureate (IB)
Students who have earned an IB diploma may receive credit for acceptable scores. Incoming
students should have their official IB transcript sent to the Registrar's Office by
the IB Organization. Please see the Catalog for more detailed information.

Credit may be granted for acceptable scores on international exams (e.g., A-Levels). Please contact the Registrar’s Office at registrar@fandm.edu for more information.
