Staff Advisory Committee

The Staff Advisory Committee was founded in 1990 as an avenue to gather and discuss issues of importance to members of the professional staff and facilitate positive changes to enhance one's experiences at Franklin & Marshall College.

Our MISSION is to enhance the work experiences of the professional staff here at Franklin & Marshall College. We wish to create a positive atmosphere to assist in reaching the objectives of our Liberal Arts College and in doing so, our purpose is to welcome, educate, and support new professional staff; to enrich the college experience for all staff members; and to create a sense of community among all employees. In short, the SAC works to promote a respectful, caring and cohesive college family

Committee meetings are scheduled for the third Wednesday of every month, unless there is a General meeting or a schedule conflict.
