The Staff Advisory Committee was founded in 1990 as an avenue to gather and discuss issues of importance to members of the non-exempt professional staff and facilitate positive changes to enhance one's experiences at Franklin & Marshall College.
The MISSION of the Staff Advisory Committee is to enhance the work experiences of the non-exempt professional staff at Franklin & Marshall College. Our purpose is to welcome, educate and support non-exempt professional staff; to enrich the College experience for all non-exempt staff members; and to promote a respectful, civil, caring and cohesive College community.

Committee meetings are scheduled for the third Wednesday of every month, September through May, unless there is a General meeting or a schedule conflict.
