The Staff Advisory Committee was founded in 1990 as an avenue to gather and discuss issues of importance to members of the non-exempt professional staff and facilitate positive changes to enhance one's experiences at Franklin & Marshall College.
Our MISSION is to enhance the work experiences of the non-exempt professional staff here at Franklin & Marshall College. We wish to create a positive atmosphere to assist in reaching the objectives of our Liberal Arts College and in doing so, our purpose is to welcome, educate, and support new non-exempt professional staff; to enrich the college experience for all non-exempt staff members; and to create a sense of community among all employees. In short, the SAC works to promote a respectful, caring and cohesive college family
On these pages you will find the list of the committee members and how to contact them; our by-laws; and meeting minutes. We will also post information about upcoming Non-Exempt Staff meetings as well.
You may contact the SAC by sending a suggestion or comment here or contact members individually.
Committee meetings are scheduled for the third Wednesday of every month, September through May, unless there is a General meeting or a schedule conflict.
