Srirupa Dasgupta, director of Web content, oversees the College’s all-inclusive online marketing strategy, including the web, multimedia, social media, mobile and e-mail.
Prior to joining Franklin & Marshall College, Sri had an executive coaching practice for seven years focusing on leadership development and change management. Among her clients were TIBCO Software, Charles Schwab & Co. and Women's Initiative for Self Employment.
Previously she was senior manager, services marketing, global consulting services, for Lucent Technologies in Cambridge, Mass., supervising a global team with members in all continents. Prior to Lucent, she worked for McKesson Corp., in Amherst, Mass., for 11 years, where she rose through the ranks from software developer to manager, development and customer support to director, development and technical services.
Sri graduated from Smith College with a bachelor's degree in computer science and studio art, and is a certified Integral Coach®. Sri enjoys dancing Argentine tango, traveling all over the world, cooking and entertaining, and gardening. She lives in Lancaster with her husband Pablo Jenik, assistant professor of biology, and their two children, Robi and Raka.
