Step 1:
Identify a space in the College Center you want to reserve:
Booth Ferris - go to Reserving Booth Ferris
Information Table - go to Reserving A Table In The Atrium
Conference Room - go to Reserving A Conference Room
Atrium - go to Reserving The Atrium
Step 2: You are now ready to submit an online Room Reservation Request Form located at the College Reservationist website at: http://www.fandm.edu/auxservices/room-reservation-form
IMPORTANT - under Location(s) Requested - you must select Other campus location in addition to describing the room/area you wish to reserve “Specific room/area”
Step 3: What happens next - go to So What Happens After I Submit A Reservation
Keep in mind that when you reserve BF you are reserving the room only! If you do not select a setup – you will get a room without any tables, chairs, etc. When reserving Booth Ferris, North or South, please select a room setup prior to submitting your reservations. Various setups can be found at the Steinman College Center website for Booth Ferris. Please type in the name of the setup on the Room Reservation Request Form at Set Up Required.

To reserve a table in the Atrium of the Steinman College Center you can select the location of the table you want. Please go to the Steinman College Center - Atrium for the name of the table locations. We suggest you submit a 1st, 2nd & 3rd preference when submitting a reservation. If you do not have a table preference, just indicate “any available table”. If your table requires the use of the Ben’s Bucks machine swipe, you need to reserve a table on on the east wall i.e. SCCTE1, SCCTE2, SCCTE3 or SCCTE4 and contact Auxiliary Services for permission to use the card swipe machine.

There are 3 Conference rooms available in the College Center. Please go to the Steinman College Center website for a list of the conference room descriptions.

To reserve the atrium in the Steinman College Center you will need to indicate a setup for your event. Several sample setups are available online. Keep in mind that if you require a stage or a dance floor, you will need to indicate the size. All this information is available at the Steinman College Center website. If you require any sound tech equipment or a setup other than the sample setups available. You must schedule an appointment with Lucy Gillichbauer, , at the Steinman College Center to discuss your setup needs at least 2 weeks prior to the event.

After you hit the submit button you will be taken to another page thanking you for submitting a reservation. If you don’t receive this message – your reservation DID NOT get submitted. You will receive an email with the subject line "A Reservation Request" that indicates the reservation was submitted. Please review the reservation immediately for accuracy.
Your reservation automatically goes to Auxiliary Services. Auxiliary Services then forwards the reservation to the appropriate designee. For the Steinman College Center it is forwarded to the SCC Student Reservationist. All reservations must be submitted 72 hours in advance. If the room is available it will be booked and you will receive an email confirmation. If it is not available, you will be notified. If you do not receive a confirmation email - you do not have the room.
