So What Happens After I Submit A Reservation

After you hit the submit button you will be taken to another page thanking you for submitting a reservation.  If you don’t receive this message – your reservation DID NOT get submitted.   You will receive an email with the subject line "A Reservation Request" that indicates the reservation was submitted.  Please review the reservation immediately for accuracy.

Your reservation automatically goes to Auxiliary Services.  Auxiliary Services then forwards the reservation to the appropriate designee.  For the Steinman College Center it is forwarded to the SCC Student Reservationist.  All reservations must be submitted 72 hours in advance.  If the room is available it will be booked and you will receive an email confirmation.  If it is not available, you will be notified.  If you do not receive a confirmation email - you do not have the room.
