Stephanie has spent the majority of her career working in public relations, marketing, and fundraising. She has done so both in non-profit organizations and small businesses and understands the importance of branding, messaging and networking. Having also been an entrepreneur, Stephanie is adept at strategic planning and building relationships with different constituents.
Stephanie also worked in the food service industry for more than 10 years, often concurrent with a more traditional job or as a venue for marketing, public relations and event planning. These experiences, participation in Toastmasters International, as well as living and working abroad, have helped her strengthen her speaking skills while developing excellent customer service, adaptability, and active listening skills.
Stephanie’s experiences with interviewing and hiring, both for a small business and a non-profit organization, along with volunteer recruitment and management skills allow her to offer insights and advice when coaching students and alumni in their career exploration and job search.
Stephanie holds a B.A. in Sociology from University of Maryland College Park. She is a member of Franklin & Marshall College Toastmasters Club, a graduate of Leadership Lancaster, and a Brownie (Girl Scouts) Leader. She and her husband live in Lancaster city with their two daughters.
