This 6-month mentorship program pairs F&M alumni mentors who have 4-7 years of professional experience with recent graduate mentees (0-3 years out).  This program is unique in that it is designed to develop and enhance skills of both mentor and mentee.  Mentor education is part of this program, and a mentor coach is available to each mentor.  Mentors commit to monthly conversations with mentees for the purpose of supporting the development of mentees in ways that are meaningful to the goals of the mentee.

Representatives from more than 100 graduate and professional programs from around the globe visit campus to connect with alumni and students.
