The Event

Franklin & Marshall College (“F&M”) is excited to invite you to participate in its 3rd Annual Job and Internship Fair on Tuesday, February 3, 2014. Last year our registration filled to capacity and drew hundreds of students and alumni! The anticipation of this years Fair has already captured the attention of alumni talent seeking full-time employment and potential career transitions as well as undergraduate students seeking internships, part-time positions, and seasonal opportunities.

F&M is centrally situated to all east coast metropolitan cities, located merely 3 hours from New York City, 1.5 hours from Philadelphia and Baltimore and 2.5 hours from Washington D.C. This makes recruitment at Franklin & Marshall convenient and economical.  Please visit www.fandm.edu to learn more about our college.

The Community

Franklin & Marshall is committed to the community.  
This year we are opening our doors to the Lancaster community including the surrounding colleges and universities. At 1:00p.m. we will give access to non-college affiliated community members for the last hour of the fair. This will give employers access to a wider outreach at one affordable registration fee.

In 2013, ninety-one percent of our students were working, pursuing post-graduate education full-time or involved in a fellowship pr volunteer activity.* Our employer participation through externship, volunteer, internship and full/part-time employment offerings greatly impacted this statistic, and we thank you!

Important Information

  • Each participating organization will be assigned a six-foot table.
  • No more than TWO REPRESENTATIVES per table can be accommodated.
  • A light lunch for two participants will be included.
  • Each registered organization will be listed in our fair advertising materials.  The Office of Student & Post-Graduate Development will do advertising and publicity for the Fair in advance. Representatives, however, are encouraged to bring specific promotional materials and/or application materials.

For-Profit Organizations: $100.00

Not-for-Profit Organizations: $75.00

Government Organizations:  $75.00




 **All registration fees are not refundable. Convenience fee of 2.75% applies to credit card transactions. In case of a weather emergency you will be notified of an alternate date.**
