With each dedicated to students of a particular College House, Student Development Advisers help students recognize their strengths and competencies, clarify potential career pathways and prepare to compete for exceptional opportunities through the following services:

Administration and interpretation of personality, interest and value assessment tools, including Myers Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI), Strong Interest Inventory and FOCUS 2;

Internship, externship (i.e. job shadow) and employment opportunity research, evaluation and preparation advising;

Interview preparation/mock interviews;

Professional skill development (e.g. verbal and written presentation, leadership skills and networking competencies);

LinkedIn profile review and photo/head shots;
