OSPGD organizes several Career Exploration Treks each year in conjunction with alumni groups and the Philadelphia Alumni Writer's House. All class years are welcome.

This one-semester program helps students conduct effective internship searches. Sophomores are eligible to apply.

This two-year program gives students a deeper understanding of their after-college goals.  Rising juniors are eligible to apply.

Annual entrepreneurship competition open to students of all majors.  Students develop ideas into business proposals under the mentorship of F&M Alumni, Parents and Friends of the College.

Meet representatives from more than 100 graduate and professional programs from around the globe.  All class years are welcome.

Local, regional, and national employers come to campus to recruit F&M student and alumni talent for fulltime, part-time, and internship opportunities.

Sponsored by OSPGD, the Office of the Provost, the F&M Alumni Association, and the Sophomore Class Caucus each Spring, this event celebrates the acadmic milestone of declararing a major by bringing together alumni and faculty to welcome sophomores into their new academic communities.
