Foundations for Success (FFS) is a fall semester program for sophomores who want to:
Better understand and articulate their strengths, values and career preferences;
Learn about and explore opportunities available on- and off-campus to sophomores for personal and professional development;
Identify and develop relevant mentorship and professional connections;
Prepare to compete for internships and other experiential opportunities for the summer of 2014.
The Program consists of six peer group workshops on such topics as self-assessment, finding mentors, building networks and marketing yourself verbally and in writing. There will also be a concluding celebratory dinner in January 2014 with a guest speaker and certificate presentation.
