Tansy Rodgers - tansynr@gmail.com

Inspirational. Innovative. Athletic. Passionate. My name is Tansy Rodgers and I am "beU Complete." As a personal trainer and physical therapist assistant, I am dedicated to helping you transform your life. My primary goal is to help get you results and push past your plateaus. I teach, coach, and inspire by fusing functional, challenging strength training with energy balancing to enhance the whole person. My training tailors to your sports training, personal needs, goals, and/or physical limitations by delivering innovative and concise workouts that are 100% customized for you. Why would we all train the same or follow the same set of rules to getting healthier?  Not only is that ineffective, but it is boring! You will practice an "Out of the Box" training mentality to keep your workouts fresh, challenging, and producing results. Together we will focus on goals that go way beyond your physical appearance so that you can enhance your total well-being as a whole - Whole Person Health!
