Welcome to the Spring in to Fitness Challenge!
Now that you have your band and a list of some basic exercises, let's add some new exercises to your list.
Each week I will send out an additional exercise that you can do with the band or using your body weight. These are exercises that you can do anytime and anywhere.
Be creative. When you are waiting to pick up your child at soccer practice, sneak in some body weight exercises. Better yet, use the time to get in some cardio and walk around the soccer field. You will be amazed at the opportunities you can find to sneak in exercise!
