Week 5: Triceps and Biceps

This week's exercise:  Triceps extension and bicep curl variations

Summer is fast approaching and many people like to focus on their arm muscles to get ready for sleeveless tops.  This week's exercise will help to tone your biceps and triceps muscles. 

There are a variety of ways to work these muscles.  Try some of the exercises from the links below. You will give your arms a good workout and be ready for summer in no time!

Keep in mind that more is not always better.  Choosing 2 exercise for biceps and 2 exercises for triceps and really concentrating on your form will get you toned more quickly than doing too many or too much weight.
