Winter Break Housing Requests
The college houses and theme houses will be closed from Monday, December 17, 2012 at 11:00 a.m. through Sunday, January 13, 2013 at 8:30 a.m.
If you are required to be on campus during that time period, please complete the Winter Break Housing Request Form (see link below). All request forms must be submitted by December 7, 2012 at 4:30 p.m. If your request is not approved you will receive an email within 48 hours of your request. You will not receive an approval email.

PLEASE NOTE: In an effort to conserve energy over the winter break, the thermostats in the college houses and theme houses will be lower than usual. Please be prepared with sweatshirts and blankets for extra warmth. If you are approved to remain on campus you will stay in your current housing location during that time period.
Unless you have been approved to remain on campus every effort should be made to vacate your room for winter break by Monday, December 17, 2012 at 11 a.m. You may return to the college houses or theme houses after 8:30 a.m. on Sunday, January 13, 2013. Classes begin on Tuesday, January 15, 2013.
