Faculty Writing Workshop
The Faculty Writing Workshop provides a forum to discuss methods for incorporating writing into classroom discussion. Our emphasis is decidedly practical. All assignments are chosen with the hope that faculty members will discover some new strategies to help coach students on the writing process, that they experiment wth those strategies, and that they share back with the group how those experiments went. By the end of the year, faculty members will have created or re-designed a syllabus for an intensive writing course.
