Summer 2009 Potluck Dinners

Come join us and get to know the real essence of F&M stems from Community.

All Events begin at 5:30p.m. (come early @ 5p.m. to set up)

Dinners will be held at the Black Cultural Center - 615 College Ave

Open to all members of the F&M community

FREE: Just bring your dish or come early to set-up/stay late to clean up

Potlucks are more than sharing a meal. It is about getting to know your neighbor, sharing yourself, and making connections.

All meals are completely based on what people bring to share to the potluck.

If you don't bring food, you are welcome to come and will be to contribute to the potluck by helping with either:

Set-Up = come early by 5p.m. to help with prep work and setting up or

Clean-Up = we have lots of dishes and always need people to work on them plus cleaning up the room

Potluck Themes

7/8/09 -- Tapas/Finger Food Around the World - making a meal out of appetizers -- YUMM!

7/1/09 -- Red, White & Blue - to honor July 4th... dishes with a patriotic theme or literal translation of red, white & blue...etc

6/24/09 -- Passport to Different Lands - Dishes from different countries (Share your dishes from different countries: Italy, China, Mexico… etc)

6/17/09 -- Hmmm - "yummy dishes, you may have been hesitated to try"

6/10/09 -- Breakfast - share your favorite breakfast food
