This exclusive two-year program is for selected Juniors who plan to enter the workforce immediately after college. View a sample syllabus and attendance requirements.

Applications are submitted during the summer after Sophomore year.
Students participating in Study Abroad programs and varsity athletics are welcome to apply; scheduling accommodations will be made.

Time Commitment

• Junior & senior year
• 8 three-hour dinner meetings with guest CEOs and leaders annually, typically scheduled from 6:30 to 9:00 PM
• 8 ninety-minute peer seminars annually for debriefing and discussion
• 1 off-campus event

Selection Process and Criteria

• Nominations are submitted by faculty and prefects in the Spring
• Application letters are sent to ALL rising juniors the first week of July (you may apply with or without a nomination)
• Applications must be received by July 31
• Applicants should excel in academic achievement, work experience while in college, or personal motivation
• Selected candidates will participate in an intense full day interview process on a Saturday early in the fall semester (notification will occur in the summer)

2. Write a 250-word essay describing what you would bring to the program and what you expect to gain from the experience, if accepted
3. Submit documents via email or mail no later than July 31, 2009
