Writers House Committees
The Writers House committees are microcosms 
of the Writers House Community and are open to any students, faculty or staff who want to get involved. On the Hospitality Committee, you can cook dinners for authors, lead the Writers House presence at Homecoming, and generally make the House a homey space. You can approve new magazines, plan journalism events, and work on marketing and funding as a member of the Student Publications Committee, and by joining the Student Initiatives Committee, you can vet proposals for student-led events and projects, as well as implement your own initiatives. "By committee" at the Writers House is rewawrding, stimulating and an excellent way to take ownership of your House.
