Conferences & Events
The Conference and Events Office
The Conference & Events Office is a part of the Facilities and Operations Department. The Office exists mainly to coordinate physical support for College events, receive and coordinate approval and logistical arrangements for non-affiliated events and especially to develop and administer plans to effect and foster Summer Conference programs.
Our office is the one-stop shop for event planning on campus, for both on and off campus clients. From mid-May through early August, we specialize in renting college facilities for conference and camp use. During the academic year, we assist in planning various campus events such as concerts, dinners, speaking engagements, student activities, Homecoming, and Commencement. In addition, our office manages the centralized scheduling of all facilities on campus through the use of the reservations system. Overall, we provide our insight and expertise to faculty, professional staff, and student organizations on campus as well as potential and contracted conference planners seeking Franklin and Marshall as a conference site.
Our office is located on the second floor of Facilities and Operations Building.
415 Harrisburg Ave and our office hours are Monday-Friday, 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
