The Chamber Singers is a highly select vocal ensemble made up of approximately twenty singers, chosen by audition. Repertoire ranges from music of the Medieval period to premieres of new music. Members possess strong vocal and musicianship skills, allowing the group to perform at a consistently high musical level.
Mondays and Wednesdays from 4:30-6:00 pm
Fall auditions will take place in Professor Wright's office, Meyran Hall, Room 108. The audition will include exercises to assess vocal range and quality, aural skill, and sight-reading ability. Prepared songs will be welcomed but are not required. Audition sign-up sheets will be posted on the door of Meyran 108.
