F&M is committed to preparing all of its students and graduates for trajectories of success, both during and after college. Our Office of Student & Post-Graduate Development (OSPGD) provides personal and professional development opportunities for students beginning in their first year and continuing well after they graduate.

With dedicated career development services, including health and legal professions advising, OSPGD prepares students and graduates for lives of success beyond college.
