Auxiliary Services
F&M Auxiliary Services oversees a wide range of campus services for students, faculty and professional staff, including:
- Dining and food services
- Ben’s Bucks
- College Bookstore
- Campus vending services, including the College’s Coca Cola vending relationship, snack vending and residence hall laundering machines
- Events and spaces, including room reservations, alcohol procedures, College rental properties, and event services
- The College’s commercial and residential rental properties
- Transportation, such as the F&M Nightly Shuttle, Lancaster Loop, and airport break shuttles.
Trademarks & Licensing
Franklin & Marshall College has a licensing program to ensure appropriate uses of the College's logos, symbols and marks on manufactured goods.
Campus Planning
Facilities Planning and Capital Projects at F&M is responsible for all construction and renovation projects, including programming studies, phases of design, development, bidding, awarding of contracts, and construction oversight.
Communications & Media Relations
F&M’s Office of Communications works with offices across campus to plan and execute strategic marketing and public relations programming. We offer services for reputation and brand management, external communications, social media and multimedia engagement, and media relations.
Conference and Events Services
The Office of Conference & Event Services is the one-stop shop for event planning
on campus for external clients. From mid-May through early August, we specialize in
renting college facilities for conference and camp use. During the academic year,
we assist in planning conferences, athletic events, business meetings, and educational
classes.
Facilities Management
Facilities Management at F&M is committed to keeping the campus a safe, clean, and sustainable place to explore, experience, and engage. Facilities Management is the largest F&M department with almost 100 dedicated employees in custodial services, grounds and landscaping, mail and warehouse services, maintenance services, and more.
Finance
F&M’s finance division oversees the financial responsibilities of the College, which include budget and financial planning, investments and endowment, debt management, and stewardship of financial resources.

F&M Information Technology Services (ITS) is a strategic partner in every aspect of
the College’s operations and aspirations. ITS assists with enterprise systems and
web services, instructional and emerging technologies, technology infrastructure,
and technology support services.
International Student Services
International students at F&M find an invaluable partner in our International Student Services (ISS). ISS works with F&M’s community of F-1 student visa holders — the visa that allows international students to study in the U.S. — offering professional immigration support and advocating for international student academic success.
The Office of General Counsel
The Office of General Counsel (OGC) supports the mission of Franklin & Marshall College by providing solutions-oriented legal representation and advice that fosters sound decision-making in all College operations and ensures compliance with the higher education regulatory landscape.
