Fitness Class Schedule 

The Department of Athletics & Recreation is committed to providing fitness and recreation opportunities to the F&M Community that promotes a healthy lifestyle, relieves stress, and encourages positive social interaction.

F&M has a robust offering of fitness and recreational activities that can be accessed by students studying remotely, abroad or in-person as well as professional staff and faculty.  

How to Sign Up

  4. Fill out any additional information on the registration page.

Fitness Classes (In-Person & Virtual)

Fitness classes are offered to improve individual health and fitness, promote wellness, and teach positive lifetime activity skills in a supportive group environment. There will be both virtual and in-person classes.
